John B Will Seminar "Houdini Escapes"

Last night we were able to enjoy having one of the worlds best BJJ instructors on our mats. John who also is the principle instructor for Will/Machado (Affiliation). Our seminar was based on escapes. We looked at mount , side control, switch base, and knee ride escapes. Although as most people would say they are fundamental or essential movements, details and nuances over time continue to develop a bullet proof escapes game. Bullet proof confidence leads to the ability to attack at will, which in itself “the best defence is a good offence”.
